Tiago Simões has been an Associate Lawyer at Franca Pinto, Castelo Branco & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados, SA, RL (FPCB) since November 2024, working in the field of civil litigation.
He holds a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Lusíada University of Lisbon (2021) and completed a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law at the same institution. He holds a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Practice, specialising in Company Law, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2025), and is currently attending a postgraduate course in Commercial Company Law at the Portuguese Catholic University.
At the same time, he has been a researcher at CEJEIA – Centre for Legal, Economic and Environmental Studies since July 2021, with several publications in the POLIS magazine.
