Ana Martins is Associate Partner of ESG Solutions at UHY, leading the Sustainability and ESG area in Portugal. With a degree in Environmental Engineering (University of Aveiro) and a postgraduate degree in Industrial Waste Management and Treatment (University of Porto), she began her career in air quality research.
She worked for 23 years at Deloitte Portugal, where she stood out as a consultant and manager in sustainability and ESG services, being one of the pioneers in the development of this area in Portugal, with experience in advisory, ESG assurance, strategic definition, reporting and verification of sustainability information.
After a period as an independent professional, she collaborated on several ESG consulting projects and, in September 2024, joined Baker Tilly Portugal, later moving to UHY, with a focus on supporting organisations in the transition to sustainable business models, taking advantage of sustainable financing opportunities and creating long-term value.
