Igor Fernandes is a Corporate Finance Supervisor at UHY, with experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), company valuation and financial due diligence. He has participated in buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing support at all stages of the process.
He holds a degree in Economics from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and has additional training in financial analysis and valuation.
His main areas of expertise include M&A, company valuation, financial modelling and financial performance analysis, having worked on projects for clients from different sectors and international contexts.
